What
is a logo design.
A Logo Design service involves communication in multiple ways. We communicate with the client with regards to their needs and we then have to create something that will communicate those values or needs to others at scale.
Who
Ordered this logo design.
Switched On Electrical & Automation is based in South Africa’s Hibiscus Coast.
When
Do you need a logo design.
We began working with Mr. Joshua Fanner in 2016 when him and I were still living together in a flat in Durban. He was doing freelance jobs in electrical engineering and simply wanted to formalize his idea for a company.

Why
Do you need a logo design.
The logo design would serve as the starting point for creating professional looking invoices, quotes and proposals. Also when creating marketing material to place in convenience stores a logo would no doubt be needed.
How
The Design Works
The aim with this logo specifically is to create the illusion of of a surge of energy flowing through a cable but represented in 3D. The colors are inspired by the warning signs found in the industry, they also inspire the slanting bars.

Branding has a long and rich history dating back to the dark ages, when tribes used sigils, or symbols, on their flags and banners to represent important aspects of their culture, often in the form of powerful animals. These ancient logos told a story and conveyed meaning, serving as a kind of shorthand for a tribe’s values and beliefs.

Branding was also used on currency and livestock, with hot iron branding becoming a common practice. Today, we see branding everywhere, from the logos on the products we buy to the designs on our money. These logos and symbols are still used to tell a story and convey meaning, whether it be the good fortune associated with a particular animal or plant, or the immortalization of a leader on a gold coin or painting. Even in today’s digital age, branding remains an important tool for companies and organizations to differentiate themselves and communicate their values to their audiences.
In conclusion, branding has played a significant role in human history, serving as a way to convey meaning and tell a story through the use of symbols and logos. From ancient flags and banners to modern currency and products, branding has remained an important tool for organizations to differentiate themselves and communicate their values to their audiences. Whether through the use of powerful animals, plants, or the immortalization of leaders, branding has always been a way to convey meaning and create a sense of identity and belonging. Even in today’s digital age, branding continues to be an important part of how we understand and interact with the world around us.
